
Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Green Bus, we prioritize our customers.
At Green Bus, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our users. Please read the following Booking & Cancellation Policy to understand the process for booking a ticket, canceling tickets, and related conditions.

1. Booking Process
When booking a ticket through the Green Bus app or website, you agree to the terms and conditions of the bus service provider, including their policies on travel dates, routes, and cancellations. Booking a ticket through Green Bus constitutes a contract between you and the bus provider.
• You must ensure the accuracy of all information entered during the booking process, including your name, contact details, and travel preferences.
• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a ticket via email or in-app notification, which includes all necessary details about your travel.

2. Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your ticket, you may be eligible to do so subject to the bus provider’s cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the service provider. Please review the terms and conditions of the bus provider before canceling your ticket.
• Cancellation Fees: Some bus providers may charge a cancellation fee, and the eligibility for a refund may be determined by the time of cancellation before your scheduled departure.
• How to Cancel: To cancel your ticket, please contact our customer support team at contact@greenbus.sa or +966 59 629 4811. We will guide you through the cancellation process.

3. Cancellation by Bus Provider
In the event that the bus provider cancels the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, weather conditions), you will be entitled to:
• Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
• Alternative Travel Arrangements: If available, Green Bus will assist in rebooking your ticket on the next available bus, at no additional charge.
However, Green Bus shall have no liability other than the refund of the ticket price. We will not be responsible for any additional costs, damages, or inconvenience incurred due to the cancellation. Any claims beyond the refund, such as for accommodation, missed connections, or other related expenses, must be directed to the bus provider.

4. Overbooking by Bus Provider
In the rare event that the bus provider overbooks their seats and you are unable to travel because no seat is available, Green Bus will assist you in one of the following ways:
• Alternative Travel Arrangements: We will help rebook your ticket for the next available bus or the earliest available travel option, at no additional cost to you.
• Full Refund: If no alternative arrangements are possible, we will issue a full refund for your ticket, along with an apology for the inconvenience.
However, Green Bus’ liability in the event of overbooking is strictly limited to a full refund of the ticket price. We are not responsible for any additional costs, inconvenience, or damages arising from the overbooking.

5. No-Show and Missed Buses
If you fail to show up at the designated time or location for your bus, no refund will be provided. It is your responsibility to ensure timely arrival for your journey. Please make sure you verify the time and location details before your travel date.
6. Changes to Booking
If you wish to change your booking (e.g., date, time, or route), this will depend on the bus provider's policy. Some bus providers may allow changes, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
• Changing a Booking: Please contact our customer support team for assistance with any changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to the terms of the bus provider.
7. Multilingual Platform
Green Bus offers its platform in multiple languages to cater to a diverse user base. While we strive for accuracy in our translations, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the translated versions of these policies and the English version, the English version shall prevail. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this.
