Thank you for choosing Green Bus! This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of your bus tickets and any associated services through our mobile app and website.

 

1. Digital Ticket Delivery

All bus tickets purchased through the Green Bus app or website are delivered digitally. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an electronic ticket that can be accessed directly through the app or by email. You can view, download, and use your ticket to board the bus.

  • Instant Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, your digital ticket will be available for immediate download in the app or sent to your registered email address.

  • Ticket Access: You can access your ticket through the Green Bus app by navigating to the "My Tickets" section. Your ticket will include all the details of your booking, including bus operator, departure time, and seat number (if applicable).

  • No Physical Delivery: As Green Bus is a digital ticketing platform, we do not offer physical ticket delivery. All tickets are delivered electronically for convenience and ease of use.

 

2. Email Confirmation

After you complete your booking and payment, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a summary of your purchase. This confirmation will serve as proof of your ticket and includes important travel information. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly to receive your confirmation.

 

3. Changes to Bookings

If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please refer to our Booking and Cancellation Policy. Any changes or cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the bus provider.

 

4. Issues with Ticket Delivery

If you experience any issues with receiving your ticket or accessing it on the Green Bus app, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@greenbus.sa or +966 59 629 4811. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

 

5. Delivery Restrictions

  • Availability: Ticket availability is subject to the bus operator’s schedule and availability.

  • Geographical Limitations: The Green Bus app and service are currently available within Saudi Arabia. All deliveries of tickets are within the geographical region covered by the app’s service.

 

6. Refund Policy

If you are unable to receive or access your ticket due to a technical issue on our end, please refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance.

 

7. Multilingual Platform

Green Bus offers its platform in multiple languages to cater to a diverse user base. While we strive for accuracy in our translations, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the translated versions of this Delivery & Shipping Policy and the English version, the English version shall prevail. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this.
